Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. The £50 booking fee is refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services. This is non refundable if you do not attend your appointment slot booked. However, if you do wish to continue with our services, the booking fee/deposit will be deducted from service/package amount that you have chosen. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
